Q: How do I pay for my purchase?

A: You can pay for orders with most major credit or debit cards issued in your country registered in your name and with sufficient funds available to cover your order and any applicable fees. Credit cards may be subject to a cash advance fee by the card issuer. Please check with your card issuer for details.

Q: Is purchasing online secure?

A: Yes. We recognize that everyone who visits our site is concerned about the confidentiality and privacy of their information. We use sophisticated measures to protect your information. Security measures are constantly reviewed and are enhanced as new technology emerges. Currently, we use a combination of firewalls, Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), and other security techniques to make sure that your transaction is secure. All customer information is stored offline and is not available to any one on the internet.  

Q: Why are rates quoted on the site different than those in the newspapers?

A: Rates quoted in newspapers are not indicative of rates that the average customer can secure. Rates quoted in newspapers are usually 'spot rates' available on amounts of $1M or more transferred electronically between banks.

Q: What should I do if I have foreign currency that I want to sell?

A: We are not able to purchase foreign currency from customers over the internet or the telephone at this time. We can recommend that you visit one of our Travelex retail foreign exchange locations. For information on specific branch locations in your area, please click here.
